Joshcellars.com needed to be updated with the brand’s all-new Brand World, and was primed for an overall site upgrade. Revamping the site would enable Josh to upgrade the site back end and implement major UX enhancements, in line with the average brand website lifecycle.

The Challenge

The old website was carried over from 2019 - before DTC wine sales exploded during the pandemic and Josh Cellars digital footprint expanded. Moreover, the outdated desktop-first design was missing some key mobile UX features that presented opportunities in a revamp to improve the shopping experience for 80% of visitors.

Crucially, a redesign would enable Josh Cellars to update their e-commerce platform and CMS, allowing for new tools and processes to enable new efficiencies in digital marketing and overall greatly improve the shopping experience.
